In short: Review participation requirements and the steps needed to confirm your place.
Who can register?
NiComedy Club classes are open to anyone interested in discovering or practicing stand-up. No diploma, prepared material, stage experience, or audition is required for the discovery class or beginner course. Regular workshops and selected masterclasses may require some previous experience, which will always be stated in their descriptions.
Age and class language
Standard classes are available to participants aged 18 and older. A person aged 16 or 17 may attend selected sessions with written permission from a parent or legal guardian and approval from the teaching team. The main teaching language is displayed on every booking page. You only need to understand the instructions and take part in group discussions; perfect language skills are not expected.
How to register
- Choose the format, dates, and teaching language that fit your needs.
- Complete the form with your contact details and any requested experience.
- Confidentially tell us about accessibility or accommodation needs.
- Accept the participation rules and complete the available payment method.
- Wait for the confirmation email before considering your place reserved.
Your confirmation includes the address, schedule, instructor’s name, any required materials, and access instructions. Check your spam or junk folder as well. A request or payment attempt that has not been confirmed does not guarantee a place.
Materials and preparation
For your first class, simply bring something for taking notes and a bottle of water. You may use a phone, tablet, or computer to write, but none is required. You do not need to memorize a routine in advance. Wear clothing that lets you move and stand comfortably; most exercises can also be adapted for seated participation.
Payment, waitlists, and receipts
Prices and payment deadlines are displayed before you confirm the registration. When installment payments are available, the due dates appear during checkout. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist at no charge. Open places are offered in registration order and must be accepted within the period stated in the email.
Respect and confidentiality
Every student agrees to follow the club’s community rules: no harassment, discrimination, recording without consent, or use of another person’s work. Comedy may explore a wide range of subjects, but it never excuses behavior that makes the group unsafe. Accessibility information is shared only with the staff members who need it to organize your participation.
If you have not received confirmation within twenty-four hours, contact support with the name used for registration and the class date. Never send complete bank or card information.
